Shipping Policy

Clean 85 Service & Supply ships orders as quickly as possible using available carriers appropriate for the products being shipped.

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may be longer for large orders, special-order items, private-label products, equipment, or items requiring special handling.

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, or other circumstances outside our control.

Some Clean 85 products, including certain aerosols, chemicals, and other regulated materials, may be subject to carrier or hazardous-material shipping restrictions. These products may be limited to specific shipping methods or destinations.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout when available. Large, commercial, palletized, freight, or special-order shipments may require a separate freight quote.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the responsibility of the customer.

If an order arrives damaged, leaking, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@clean85.com or 205-553-4041. Please include your order number and photos of the product and packaging when possible.

Do not discard damaged products or packaging until the claim has been reviewed.
